FEPUT: en contra de los nombramientos discrecionales en la Justicia

Desde distintos Colegios Profesionales y organizaciones de la provincia se han sumado voces en los últimos días a raíz de los nombramientos en la Justicia tucumana.
De acuerdo a una publicación del diario La Gaceta del 22 de agosto: «La mayoría de los integrantes de la Corte tienen hijos que trabajan en esa esfera en virtud de decisiones discrecionales». Sin dudas esta afirmación genera preocupación, ya que un nombramiento discrecional permite desigualdad de oportunidades entre los profesionales que aspiran a esos cargos, pero además al no haber concurso para ocupar esos puestos quizás se priva a la población de contar con las personas más idóneas.
Desde FEPUT ya habíamos alertado de situaciones similares en 2019 con los procedimientos administrativos en lo referente a la figura del “Auxiliar Fiscal” y “Auxiliar defensor” y venimos bregando desde hace años, con intensas campañas, en favor de una Ley de Ética Pública y de Acceso a la Información.
En una sociedad preocupada por el avance de la inseguridad, la preocupación más grande de los tucumanos, incluso por encima de la economía de acuerdo a diferentes sondeos, es muy importante lograr transparencia en la Justicia, sobretodo en los nombramientos de quienes deben asistir a la misma. Por ello desde FEPUT hacemos un llamado a las autoridades a reflexionar sobre esta situación, que solo genera malestar entre la población y nos aleja del mejoramiento en la calidad institucional.
